1. Avoid using a lash curler beforehand.

Limit caffeine

1. Avoid caffeine or other stimulants, which can make it difficult to stay still and might stimulants can cause your eyes to flutter or twitch.

Arrive with clean lashes and a bare face

1. Remove all eye makeup, including mascara and eyeliner, before your appointment. Residual oils and makeup will prevent the adhesive from bonding correctly, leading to poor retention.
2. Do not use oil-based makeup removers, moisturizers, or sunscreens on or around the eye area.

Remove contact lenses

1. Wear glasses to your appointment, or bring a case to remove your contact lenses upon arrival, as your eyes will be closed for a long period.

Wear comfortable clothing

1. You will be lying still for an extended period, so opt for comfortable clothes.
2. We will play soothing light music,you also can bring headphones to listen to music or a podcast to help pass the time and relax.
